WHY I CREATED THIS
WEB SITE

I grew up watching Monty Python, Saturday Night Live and every sketch comedy show that came on TV. I read MAD Magazine and other parodies.

I found myself sitting in church services and coming up with funny, entertaining ideas that distracted me from the sermon.

After working three seasons on The Mickey Mouse Club and getting paid to write sketches full time, I decided to transfer that skill to the church stage and began writing sketches for our church.

Soon, my database was filled with dozens of them.

I asked the assistance of a friend from church, Mark Etner, to help create a website where I could offer them to the public.

And churchscriptsonline.com was born...
